Dear Mother,
While I was serving 10½ years in prison, my mother was serving a sentence no judge ever gave her. She was home waiting for calls, worrying about what could happen to me, crying when no one was around, and still trying to be strong for everyone else. Holidays were a burden and a reminder of everything she had missed out on. Time was a curse, robbing her of precious moments she will never get back.
I did not understand how much she was carrying until I came home. That is when I realized my sentence had reached far beyond the prison walls. I was doing time inside, but my mother had spent years living with fear on the outside.
I cannot change your son or daughter’s sentence. I cannot make the phone ring. And I cannot control what happens behind those walls.
But I found something my mother was never taught: feeling more steady does not mean you stopped worrying about your child, gave up on them, or loved them any less.
No one had shown my mother how to carry the pain without letting it carry her.
And when I finally learned that there was another way, it changed everything I thought I knew about “staying strong.”

For a long time, I thought feeling better started with getting control of your thoughts. Stop worrying. Think positive. Tell yourself everything will be okay. Push through. Then I came home on parole and watched my mother try to do exactly that.
She could tell herself to be strong and still lie awake worried about me. She could know there was nothing she could do at that moment and still feel the weight of it.
That made me question something I had never questioned before:
What if she wasn’t doing anything wrong? What if trying to change her thoughts was not where she needed to start? That question led me somewhere I never expected.
When I started paying closer attention to my mother, I noticed something I had missed for years.
Sometimes the worry made her restless. Her body looked tense. She could not seem to settle down. Other times, she looked completely worn down. Quiet. Heavy. Like she had nothing left to give. That is when something clicked for me.
If telling yourself to calm down is not enough, then the first question cannot be, “What should I think?”
Because my mother could feel worked up one moment and completely drained another.
Yet she was still trying to get through both by doing the same thing. Those moments looked different because they were different. And once I saw that, I started looking at the hard moments’ families go through in a completely different way.
Here are three moments you know very well...
THE NIGHT WHEN SILENCE TURNS INTO FEAR

One of the first things I began to see differently was silence.
I used to think a quiet house should help someone calm down. But after coming home, I saw that quiet did not bring my mother peace. Instead, it created space to worry more than ever since uncertainty could not be foretold.
You may know that kind of night. The prison call has not come. You check the phone again. Then again. You replay the last conversation, and you wonder if your son or daughter is safe. You pray. You try to stay busy. You tell yourself, “Stop thinking the worst!” But while your attention is on the phone and everything that could be happening behind those walls, changes are happening inside you without you noticing them.
Your breathing gets shorter. Your muscles tighten. Your heart beats faster.
By the time the frightening thoughts start piling up, part of what is making the night so hard is already happening, and it starts in your body, not in your thoughts.
That helped me understand why simply telling yourself to stop worrying can feel useless.
And it raised a much bigger question: What if there was a way to work with what is happening inside you while the fear is happening, instead of waiting for your thoughts to calm themselves down?
I found an answer. But before I get to it, you need to see why silence is only one kind of hard moment. Because sometimes the phone finally rings... and what you hear on the other end changes everything.
THE CALL COMES, AND SOMETHING DOESN’T SOUND RIGHT

This happens while you can hear your son or daughter on the phone, but instead of feeling better, something in your son or daughter’s voice makes your heart drop.
Maybe they sound scared. Rushed. Angry. Or they keep telling you, “I’m okay,” but something about the way they say it does not feel okay.
Now you are listening to every word. Asking more questions. Trying to figure out what happened and what you need to do. And at the same time, your heart is pounding, your chest is tight, and it is getting harder to think clearly.
This was not a moment where a mother simply needs better thoughts.
She needs to be able to think while fear is already hitting her and settle the changes happening in her body first. The beating heart and the change in her breathing are a challenge just as much as trying to get a hold of her thoughts. Depending on when you get the call, you may not have time to go somewhere quiet. You may be at work. Standing in a store. Sitting in your car. And you may not want anyone around you to know what's happening.
That left me with another question: What if there was something you could do right now without explaining your situation to anyone, something that can help you get enough control of yourself to deal with what was happening?
I found that there was. Before I get to that, let’s look at one more moment that can hurt in a completely different way... The moment you finally get to see your son or daughter and then have to walk away and leave them behind.
YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THEM AFTER VISITATION

I listened to mothers describe this kind of pain. One mother said, "Even after years of doing this, there are still times she leaves a visit, gets to the car, and just sits there crying."
That says a lot! Because this moment did not sound like the fear of waiting for a call or hearing bad news. The visit is over. You saw your son or daughter, but now you have to walk away while they are left behind.
You may cry in the car. Go quiet. Feel blank. Feel heavy. Or go home and avoid people because you simply do not have much left in you.
This question takes me back to something I did for years without fully understanding it. While I was in prison, I used breathing techniques to help myself stay steady when everything around me felt out of control. I knew they helped me, but at the time, I did not know why.
I found the answer after learning from a breath master and Shaolin monks. The key was to start with your body, not your thoughts.
If you learned how to do that, would you have to wait for the prison to change, the next call to come, or someone else to calm you down before you could start feeling more in control?
No! Because for the first time, you would have somewhere to start while the moment is actually happening.
I remember nights in prison where I told myself everything was okay, but if my breathing was short, my jaw was tight, and I could not settle down, my thoughts did not have much power over what I was feeling.
Before I ever knew what to call it, the first signs of what I was going through were already showing up somewhere I could actually feel them.
And once I understood that, I finally knew where to start. MY BODY!
And for you, it starts in the same place: YOUR BODY.
To me, breathing was just something I could use when prison got too loud inside my head. I had no idea there were people who had spent most of their lives studying it, teaching it, and carrying old breathing practices into the modern world.
Years after I came home, I was on Facebook when an ad stopped me. I never heard of the man in it, so his name meant nothing to me. What caught me was his story. Dan Brule had spent more than 50 years studying the breath, learning from teachers around the world, and had worked with people like Tony Robbins, elite athletes, and others who depended on being able to stay steady under pressure.
I became his student because I wanted to know what he knew. And as I went deeper, I started seeing the breathing techniques I used in prison in a completely different way. Some of what I was learning had roots in ancient breathing practices that had been carried from teacher to student long before either one of us were born. Later, another teacher opened the door even wider through what had been handed down through Shaolin Kung Fu.
What pulled me in even more was seeing where some of those old ideas had ended up. They were not only being practiced by monks or people sitting quietly in meditation. Pieces of this same knowledge found their way into the lives of Navy SEALs, first responders, and people trained to keep functioning when pressure was already happening around them.
I remember thinking about those nights in prison when I used my breath to settle down and not knowing any of this. Something that had survived through generations of teachers had somehow reached me behind a prison wall when I needed it. I have been using pieces of an ancient art without even knowing what I found.
And the more I learned, the more my thoughts kept turning toward my mother.
Here I was finally understanding something that had helped me inside while thinking about all those years she had spent outside trying to hold herself together. That was when this stopped being something I was studying just for myself. I started wondering what her life might have felt like if someone had taken all this knowledge and made it simple enough for her to use while waiting in fear and pain.
I could not go back and give that to her then, but I can feel there is something more that can come from this. It was a call from within myself, and it was saying that I need to be the one to do something about this. I dealt with self-doubt, anxiety, and many restless nights wondering how I can serve the people I was called to serve. Was I good enough? Will they trust me? What if I let them down after I start?
I pushed through it all and took what helped me survive prison, what was handed down through ancient breathing traditions, what I learned from people who spent decades mastering the breath, what had already been used by people facing enormous pressure, and what my own mother’s struggle taught me about the pain families carry outside those walls.
Then I put those pieces together around one person. My mother, whom I wish, knew how to find help years earlier.
I wouldn’t want her to search through years of books, teachers, practices, and trial and error the way I did. I want what took me years to find to become something mothers can use in their own lives, while the prison challenge is still real.
The B.R.E.A.Th Reset Method™ is the difference between fighting an emotional fire with a cup of water... and finally getting your hands on the shutoff valve.
I'M READY TO OFFER YOU A POWERFUL, DEEPLY PERSONAL, ALMOST FORBIDDEN CHOICE!

And that creates a choice most mothers are never told they are allowed to make. You can learn this ancient art and use it to feel more steady, even while your son or daughter is still behind those walls. You do not have to wait until they come home before you allow yourself to sleep better, laugh again, enjoy a meal, or have a day where prison is not sitting in the middle of everything you do.
And that creates a choice most mothers are never told they are allowed to make. You can learn this ancient art and use it to feel more steady even while your son or daughter is still behind those walls. You do not have to wait until they come home before you allow yourself to sleep better, laugh again, enjoy a meal, or have a day where prison is not sitting in the middle of everything you do.
A part of you can hear that and think, “How can I let myself feel okay when my child is not okay?” That thought can make suffering feel like a part of being a good mother, as if letting go of even a little pain means letting go of your child too.
But that is not the choice I am offering you. I am not asking you to care less. I am giving you a chance to learn how to carry the love you have for your son or daughter without believing you must carry every ounce of suffering with it.

For years, this was knowledge I had to search for. I had to find the teachers, study the practices, test what I was learning, and keep following the trail until I could finally make sense of it. You do not have to take that same journey. The search has already been done. What I found is already pieced together, and a clear path has already been mapped out for you to follow.
And what I wish someone could have placed in my mother’s hands years ago is now being made available to you for a limited time.
Click the button below and take the next step.
When I pictured putting this into another mother’s hands, I knew it had to fit the life she was already living. She shouldn’t have to drive somewhere, make an appointment, sit in a waiting room, or tell a stranger everything she was going through just to begin.
I want her to be able to get help from the privacy and comfort of her own home, or wherever she may be.
So, when the house gets quiet, when she finally has a few minutes to herself, or when she simply needs space to deal with what she is carrying alone, it will be right there waiting for her.
When the fear gets too high, you can learn how to bring yourself back down. When the pain leaves you empty, you can learn how to bring yourself back up. And when everything about the prison reminds you how little control you have, you can finally have something that is still yours.
And it does not end there. Because feeling more steady in the moment means you can think more clearly when something happens, let the house get quiet without giving the whole night to worry, and with practice, make it easier to find your way back to yourself the next time life hits hard again.
But making something easy to reach would mean very little if I made it difficult to use.
I know what it’s like to spend years trying to understand something that nobody made simple for me. The last thing another mother needs is more work added to everything she’s already doing. So, I took what I learned and began breaking it down into six separate pieces, each one helping you with something different, but all working toward your transformation. Instead of leaving you to search through different places to find them, I designed something else to bring it all together.
My Reset App.
You will be in a place where I could guide you through what I put together, without overwhelming you with guesswork.
But here is what makes this different from what you may be expecting.
Think about that for a moment. You have been breathing your entire life, but how often does anyone know how to use it in a pattern that helps you when your emotions become too much to handle? That was the discovery that changed things for me.
My RESET App is where I bring everything together, but your breath is what you take with you when you close the screen.
Whether you decide to do something about what you are carrying today or not, the next few months of your life will pass.
I want you to picture two ways your life could go from here.
In the first picture, you decide not to make a change

You continue doing what you have been doing. You keep praying, doing your best to stay strong, and letting random decisions help you make it through another day.
I am not saying any of those things are wrong, but the one thing that has not changed is not having a way to work with what happens inside you when the weight becomes too much.
You may have good days. You may even have days when everything feels a little lighter. But there will be a time when an unbearable moment will come, and if you’re still depending on it to work itself out, it will be too much! Facebook groups will not have the support you will need, family might not be available, and guilt might hold you back from asking for help.
Another month will pass. Then another. You still love your child, you’re still doing everything you can for them, and you’re still fighting to keep the rest of your life together. But somewhere in the middle of taking care of everyone else, you will be the one person you keep putting last.
That is one picture. Now, I want you to imagine another one.
This time, you decide that while you cannot change everything happening to your child, you are going to give yourself a chance to change how you care for yourself.
You begin using what I have put together inside the RESET App

You start understanding things about your own body that you may have never paid attention to before. You follow along with the breathing practices in the app and begin finding out what helps you, and you take what you learn into your everyday life.
At first, some of it may feel unfamiliar. As long as you keep coming back, little by little, you will begin noticing something different about yourself.
Instead of waiting until you are completely overwhelmed and unsure of what is happening, you notice the signs earlier. Instead of wondering what to do, you begin using your breath just like you practiced.
One day, you will realize that a difficult moment came and went, but it did not take as much of your day as it used to.
This is the power in taking the time to start taking care of yourself. You still love your child just as much, you still want them home, and you still pray for their safety and hope for better days.
But now, taking care of yourself isn’t something you keep putting off until your child comes home. It's something you do while you are still standing beside them.
As the months pass, you will begin to see how far you have come and the new person you become.
That is the second picture.

In both of them, you are still a mother who loves her child. In both of them, you are still facing things you cannot control.
The difference is what you are giving yourself while you face uncertainty. In the first picture, you continue hoping for things to work themselves out. In the second, you give yourself the chance to learn something you can carry with you for the rest of your life.
And that brings me to a question only you can answer.
Which of these two futures would you rather be moving toward?

I took what I spent years learning and brought it together into six separate pieces, all in one place, so you won’t have to spend years searching for the answers like I did.
And I put those six pieces in a certain order for a reason. Each one builds on what you learned before, helping you go from not knowing what to do when the pain hits to having something you can use to help yourself.
Let me make it clearer on exactly what you’ll be getting when you join.

I will take you from not knowing what was happening inside you to having a better idea of what to do about it. That is why the first piece I created is called The Body State Compass™.
Think about a compass for a moment. When you are somewhere unfamiliar, it helps you see which direction you are facing before you decide where to go.
I want to give you something similar for what is happening inside you. Your body does not always react to pain in the same way, and you may not notice the changes that are happening within you until they have already affected how you feel, think, or act.
So, I will walk you through a simple way to recognize three different states your body moves through. You will learn how to pay attention to the signs that will help you understand how you feel and why your thoughts are chaotic.
That way, when something changes inside you, you can begin recognizing what is happening instead of being left wondering why you feel the way you do.
It is much easier to know what to do next when you understand where you are starting from, but knowing what is happening is only the beginning.
There was something else I discovered that surprised me, and it’s something that happens during times I wasn’t practicing any breathing techniques. It’s how you breathe day to day without any clue that your breathing pattern is building stress in your body.
And that led me to the second piece, The Breath Pattern Corrector™.
You will be surprised by how much your breathing can change without you noticing it and the damage it can cause if it isn’t fixed. Even if it feels completely normal to you. I will show you how to notice these habits and practice a more comfortable, steady way of breathing. It is a better way for you to begin making better use of something you are already doing from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep.
Then we can move to something I wish I understood much earlier. The breathing pattern I used to help myself settle down in prison was not the answer to every kind of moment I faced, and it will not be for you. That is where the third piece comes in.
I call it The Breath Direction Switch™.
This is where I teach you different ways to use your breath depending on what you need. Remember those times when your body can feel too worked up or too drained? Well, the way you use your breath can help you work with those differences.
I will guide you through breathing practices that can help you slow things down when you feel too worked up, along with other practices that can help you feel more awake when you are running low on energy.
With me by your side you will not have to figure out the breathing practices on your own. All you have to do is follow along and experience them for yourself. Knowing that breathing can help is one thing. Knowing which way to use it when you need help is something much more powerful.
After being able to bring yourself down or back up, there is another place I want to help you reach. A place where you don’t have to choose one or the other. You can feel calm without losing the energy you need to get through your day.
Sometimes you need both. You need to feel steady, but you also need to be awake, pay attention, and handle the responsibilities in front of you.
That is why I created the fourth piece, The Balance Breath Stabilizer™.
This is where I show you how to use steady breathing patterns to help bring your body toward a more balanced place. Instead of using your breath only to slow down or increase your energy, you will practice ways of breathing that help you work toward feeling calm and alert at the same time. With regular practice, these steady rhythms will become more familiar to your body. In a way, it will remind you what peace feels like.
And because I want you to have more ways to find that feeling of peace, I included something else you can use along with your breath.
For a long time, I have been paying attention to the breath, but I overlooked something else my body was doing. The way I held myself. That is where the fifth piece comes in, The Posture Reset Lever™.
This is where I show you how to work with the way you sit, stand, and hold your body, along with the breathing practices you have already learned. Think about how differently you carry yourself when you feel confident compared with when you feel defeated. Sometimes your shoulders fall forward. Your head drops. You make yourself smaller without even thinking about it. Most people don’t know the way you hold your body can also affect how you experience a moment.
You will have simple body positions you can practice privately before situations where you want to feel more present and ready. It’s another way to feel more ready to face what is in front of you.
After learning what’s happening inside you, fixing your everyday breathing, using the breath to help you in a steadier place, and working with the way you hold your body to gain control of moments before they get chaotic, there is still one last challenge. What good would all of this do if you learned it today and forgot to use it when life gets busy tomorrow? That was something I was not willing to leave out. It is easy to put yourself last when there are so many people and responsibilities depending on you.
So the sixth and final piece of the B.R.E.A.Th Reset Method™ is The Steady Habit Builder™.
This is where I help you take what you have learned and begin making it a part of your life. It’s not a long list of things you need to check off, but a way to look at the time you already have and find time to begin practicing consistently. The goal was never for you to spend your life watching videos about breathing.
The goal is for you to get better at helping yourself, even when you are not thinking about the RESET App.
And that takes practice. Just like learning anything new, you may have to remind yourself in the beginning. The more you use what works for you, the more familiar it can become. Eventually, you will find yourself noticing what is happening and knowing what to do without having to think through every little step.
All six pieces in the B.R.E.A.Th Reset Method™ have a different job, but they all work together to help you become more familiar with your body and care for yourself from the RESET App.
Lock in your special $10/month rate after your first 6 free months—normally $20/month!
And when you’re ready to practice, I don’t want you to worry about counting seconds or keeping the right pace in your head. I want you to simply choose the breathing exercise you need, press play, and let the guided exercise lead you through each breath.
That is why I included a Breathwork Library inside the RESET App, with six months of free access included.

I know mothers want to keep their struggles private and wish they had someone who understood what they were going through without having to explain every little detail.
That is why I also included an Exclusive Private Community inside the app, which is included in the six months.
You do not have to share your story if you do not want to. But if you decide you want to connect with others, you will have a place to do that too and get help directly from me. I want you to have a choice. The choice to work on yourself privately and the choice to connect with others when you feel ready.

That is why your six months of free access include more than just the Breathwork Library and Private Community. You will also have access to the other tools and features I built inside the RESET App.
One thing I included is a scheduler to help you make time for your breathing practices, so you can plan your sessions around your own life.
As you begin discovering which breathing techniques work best for you, you can record and build your own breathing sessions right inside the app. That way, you can create something that fits your needs instead of trying to remember how to put everything together each time.
And I am not stopping there. As I continue creating new resets and adding more features to help you, you will be able to use them at no extra cost as long as you keep your subscription active.
Now, I want to make something clear.
The six pieces of the B.R.E.A.Th Reset Method™ are yours for life.
The scheduler, breathing session builder, Breathwork Library, Private Community, and any new app features I add are part of your RESET App subscription. They are there to make practicing what you learn easier.
But if you reach a point where you feel you no longer need those extra features, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid another charge. You will still keep lifetime access to the complete B.R.E.A.Th Reset Method™.
You're covered by our 100%
I understand that knowing what is included and feeling ready to try something new are two different things. You may be wondering whether you will understand it, whether you will have enough time, or whether any of this will make a difference for you.
Those are fair questions, and they deserve more than another promise.
I know what it is like to spend money hoping something will help, only to find out it was not what you needed. When you are already dealing with so much, the last thing I want is for you to worry about making another decision you might regret.
That is why I want to put a promise behind everything I have shown you.
My Unconditional 100% 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

When you join today, you will get instant access to the complete B.R.E.A.Th Reset Method™ through the RESET App. If, for any reason, during your first 30 days, you decide this is not right for you, simply email me and ask for your money back.
I will give you every dollar back, no questions asked.
You do not have to prove anything to me. You do not have to explain what you are going through or convince me that you deserve a refund. I am putting that promise in place because I want you to have the chance to experience this for yourself without worrying about losing your money. I also want to make it easy for you to afford.
You are getting The Body State Compass™, valued at $197, The Breath Pattern Corrector™, valued at $247, The Breath Direction Switch™, valued at $347, The Balance Breath Stabilizer™, valued at $347, The Posture Reset Lever™, valued at $197, and The Steady Habit Builder™, valued at $197.

I am giving a limited number of members the chance to lock in that membership for just $10 a month after their six free months is over.
And that is not just a temporary discount. If you remain a member, that $10 a month stays the same. So, I decided to make a special offer only available to a limited number of mothers who are ready to join this movement today.
Instead of paying the usual $97, you can get lifetime access to the complete B.R.E.A.Th Reset Method™ for one payment of just $47.

I am only making the $47 price and the special $10 monthly rate available to a limited number of new members.

I have brought together $1,652 in value. I have lowered the usual $97 price to just $47 for this limited group. I have included six months of free access to the entire RESET App. And I have backed your purchase with a guarantee that gives you every dollar back if you decide it is not right for you within 30 days.

Think about how you keep your phone charged, especially when you're waiting for a call from your son or daughter. You don't want the battery to die when that call finally comes.
But what about the moments when you're the one running low? When you've spent so much time worrying, caring, and being strong for everyone else that you barely have anything left for yourself?
You wouldn't wait until your phone dies to charge it. So why wait until you're completely worn down before giving yourself the care you need?
I know how easy it is to put something like this off. You tell yourself you will find time when things settle down. When the bills are paid. When you hear something good about your child. When you finally have a little room to breathe.
But think about it, how long have you already been waiting for things to settle down?
Another phone call comes, another visit ends, another night passes with you lying awake, wondering if your son or daughter is okay.
And somewhere in the middle of trying to hold everything together, you keep putting yourself last. I watched my mother live through that.
That is why this opportunity means so much to me. I want you to have a way to help yourself when the fear gets too high, when you feel completely drained, or when the house gets quiet and your mind will not stop worrying.
I cannot promise that every hard moment will disappear. But I can give you a place to start learning what to do when those moments come.
And right now, I have made that opportunity easier to reach.
For the holidays, the B.R.E.A.Th Reset Method™ is just $47 instead of the usual $97.
You can also lock in your special $10 monthly RESET App subscription rate after your first six months of free access.
Once members join the spots are filled, both special prices will be gone. The method will return to $97, and the chance to lock in the $10 monthly rate will end. And remember, your $47 purchase is protected by my unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee.
So I want you to ask yourself something.
If you know you need a better way to care for yourself through all of this, what will waiting another month change?
Your child will still have your love. You will still be doing everything you can for them. But you could also be spending that time taking better care of yourself. And there is nothing wrong with wanting that.
You do not have to choose between loving your child and taking care of yourself. You deserve both.
That is what I wish my mother had understood while I was locked away. And that is what I want you to understand today.
I have done everything I can to make this opportunity available to you. Now the choice is yours. You can keep waiting for life to become easier, or you can begin learning how to care for yourself though the ups and downs.
